Cancellation Policy
Rental Requests & Payment: - All rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. - Once payment is completed your reservation is confirmed. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking. - No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your rental time. -For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, a credit may be issued for a future booking (valid for 3 months), or a refund may be processed minus a small admin fee if applicable. Arrival & Studio Use - Please arrive and vacate on time to respect other renters’ schedules. - Rental time includes setup and teardown—ensure you're cleaned up and out by your end time. Do not prop open doors or allow unauthorized guests into the studio. Studio Expectations - No street shoes on the dance floor. Only clean, non-marking footwear allowed. - No smoking, vaping, or alcohol in the studio. - Please treat the space with care and return it to the condition you found it in. - Report any damage or issues immediately. Insurance & Liability - Renters assume full responsibility for the safety and conduct of everyone in the space during their rental. - The studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items. - Renters may be asked to provide proof of insurance depending on the nature of the event.
